About Us

The Hot Springs Board of REALTORS® has served the real estate industry in the Hot Springs community and surrounding counties for over a century. With over 600 members and growing, our goal is to provide leadership, education, technology, and support to all members. This enhances the professional standards of the Real Estate profession and elevates our membership to serve the consumer better, support our communities, and protect private property rights. In 2022, our organization, HSBOR, was awarded the title of "Organization of the Year" for our exceptional service and valuable contributions to the community.

It is important to note that the core purposes of a Board of REALTOR® Association and an MLS are inherently different. To ensure that both entities can stand alone and exponentially grow their value to you and your business, we have set separate visions for HSBOR and HSBOR MLS, building a solid foundation for each.
