Community
To achieve success, it is essential to possess strong leadership skills and actively participate in the community. HSBOR offers a multitude of opportunities to develop these skills and engage with the community, such as monthly luncheons that feature expert speakers, a Special Needs Fishing Derby, our Cans for Kids backpack program to aid our local schools, and a Baggo Tournament, just to name a few. Attending these events provides a great opportunity for our BOARD members to network. This is an excellent chance to meet like-minded professionals and gain valuable insights.
Resources
At the request of our members, we have created a Membership and Affiliate Directory. In addition, we offer a comprehensive Awards and Recognition program and a state-of-the-art training room named after Chris Polychron, which our members can use free of charge for business meetings or training sessions.
Realtor Safety
At HSBOR, we prioritize the safety of our Realtors. Our board members are provided with a Forewarn membership free of charge. FOREWARN is a proactive safety and intelligence app that provides instant knowledge prior to face-to-face engagements to better understand and address risk.
Education
HSBOR offers a diverse range of monthly classes designed to enrich the knowledge of REALTORS® and elevate their businesses. What's more, for the past few years, HSBOR has generously provided Continuing Education (CE) to all BOARD members at little to no cost.
Business
At HSBOR, our board members have access to various helpful tools, including Sentrilock lockboxes. Their U.S.-based customer support team is available to assist you from 8 a.m. to midnight ET, seven days a week. Additionally, we offer the Realtors Property Resource (RPR), which provides realtors with data, tools, and reports to help them close more deals. This benefit is exclusively for Realtors and includes 24/7 customer service. RPR also offers courses such as Buyer Tour with RPR, Easy, Accurate CMAs, and The Ultimate REALTOR® App. Furthermore, our Courthouse Retrieval System (CRS) provides MLS members, investors, appraisers, and financial professionals with powerful property data, information, and analysis. Lastly, we offer listing syndication to Realtor.com, List Hub, and Homes.com.
